Summer On The Fly

Hook- short shank size 18 standard nymph hook Thread- 8/0 dk. brown
Head- Gold Glass Bead
Tail- brown goose biots (with jacked up tips) not recommended.
Abdomen- dk. brown thread
Ribbing- super fine copper wire
Thorax- grey synthetic sow dub
wing case- thin skin
legs- flex floss

Below is a silhouette of the fly, to show how yummy it looks if you cant even see it.
Drop it down 8 feet, and it may look like this.
This fly doesn't need doubted, It will represent a stone fly nymph or a mayfly nymph.
Like is say it, "just about any thing with legs is alive." ask a fish.

Love the bug! Just sat down and tied two for this evening… Nice tie and the silhouette shot is well thought out. This one will fish!
